Boundaryless work-life interface among working parents in Poland during COVID-19

In this paper, we use qualitative research data to explore the phenomenon of boundaryless work-life interface during COVID-19 pandemic as perceived by working parents. We define a weak or virtually absent boundary between work and life domains. look closer at relations space, time, emotions, roles among The first two subsections introduce linkages interface, focusing primarily on time space in what call ‘collapsed role boundaries’. second subsection examines issues related mental emotional tensions boundarylesness has caused pandemic. paper’s final provides summary with interpretations conclusions.
